This week, Pippa and Tristan sit down with one of racing’s most iconic trainers, Henrietta Knight -  the woman behind the legendary Best Mate, whose extraordinary record of three consecutive Cheltenham Gold Cup victories has never been beaten.

But that’s not all. Alongside racing, she is a breeder of Connemara ponies, a showing judge, and an author. And despite retiring in 2012, she made a remarkable return to training in 2023 and has already saddled winners on both the Flat and over hurdles.
